Mindful Eating is eating Food as Medicine, and is called Ahara Chikitsa in Ayurveda. This practice is the healthy lifestyle habit that supports AyuBliss, a life of Bliss. We are increasing our Awareness of our mental/emotional state as well as our physical body’s sensations. We call this “Interoception and Body Awareness”. We begin process of digestion by first creating a positive connection to your intention for better self-care and health. Mindful Eating is an Act of Self-Care. Ayurveda Wisdom says our health is dependent on the practice of Mindful Eating. Select from the following: Physical Health: Heart, Digestive, Circulation, More Energy, Cognitive Health Mental Health: Stress, Anxiety/Depression, Sadness, Mad, Scared. You can refer to the Food Mood Chart of feelings. Spiritual Health: Open-hearted, Grounded, Intuition, Spiritual Awakening (higher Consciousness) Second: We need to know what is your dosha imbalances of Vata, Pitta, and Kapha. If you do not know, you can take the quiz on this website. Once we have this information, we will customize your food with specific spices, and herbs, if any are used, that help to balance the 3 doshas. We follow an Vata-balancing protocol and if you do not have any Vata imbalance which is very rare, then we will consult with you to customize the ingredients to your Pitta or Kapha dosha imbalance.

You can select a base of Lassi Yogurt shake (vegan) OR Milkshake from the following choices: Coconut, Almond, Chia, Soy, Cashew milk ( Add $1) Supreme Prana: Add nut milk that is sprouted for maximum levels of bioavailable nutrients. After sprouting, the bioavailability of nutrients increases. Sprouting takes several days. Then the nuts are solarized in an alchemical process that takes 3 days to increase the Prana Consciousness of the nuts. Why Soak Raw nuts? They contain enzyme inhibitors and phytic acid, which can make them difficult to digest for some people. Phytic acid binds to minerals like calcium, magnesium, and zinc, reducing their absorption in the body. Soaking helps neutralize these compounds, making the nutrients more bioavailable. Increased Nutritional Value. Soaking releases beneficial enzymes and reduces phytic acid, tannins, and enzyme inhibitors, which can hinder nutrient absorption.
